Engaged Strength & Movement Coaching is for people who want to strength train or move/perform better, but do not necessarily have an injury or issue that would require physical therapy. Your visits and programming will be with a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, which is the gold standard in training. Your coach works & collaborates closely with Physical Therapy and will refer you to PT if necessary.


 
 

Meet your Coach

Claire Donskey, MS, CSCS

Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Pregnancy and postpartum Athleticism Coach

Upon noticing a huge gap in the fitness industry, she developed a passion for helping folks with pelvic floor dysfunction.

Claire’s goal is to help bridge the gap between rehabilitation and return to sport/activity. She enjoys educating clients about how their body moves, focusing on core and pelvic floor function as the foundation for optimal movement.

Claire also teaches spin and loves snowboarding, Pilates, lifting, yoga, and dance.
