Strength Circuit - $15 for your first class!! A fun, energetic workout tailored to a small group of individuals. Your coach will take you through a dynamic warm-up and a circuit that builds strength using a multitude of modalities (dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight, barbells, etc) followed by a downregulation cool-down to ease and calm the nervous system. Each class will push you while building a sense of community! Wednesdays 6:00pm

Pilates Reformer + Offsite class at The Point, 875 E 700 S, taught by Dr. Natasha. 45 mins of full-body Pilates using Reformer and Chair apparatus and other fun props! Tuesdays 5:30pm, 6:30pm
