The Point Pilates is one of our dear community partners and favorite studios! Natasha teaches two 45 min classes (5:30 or 6:30pm) of full-body Pilates using the Reformer and Chair apparatus and other fun props. Pilates is an AMAZING addition to any training schedule, be it running, lifting, HIIT, as well as returning to activity post injury or pregnancy… but don’t mistake it for easy! We highly recommend!
