Our Strength Circuit is a fun, energetic workout tailored to a small group of individuals. Your coach will take you through a dynamic warm-up and a circuit that builds strength using a multitude of modalities (dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight, barbells, etc) followed by a downregulation cool-down to ease and calm the nervous system. Each class will push you while building a sense of community!
