What is Ortho-Pelvic Physical Therapy?
Do what you want, how you want.
Full Body Integration
Your foot is connected to your knee, your knee is connected to your hip is literally made of… your PELVIS
At Engage, we do not separate the pelvis from the rest of the body. Why does anyone who works in movement??
Your pelvis and core are at the literal center of your body and movement and should communicate with the rest of your body.
Our PTs and Coaches look at how your entire body moves, and the root causes of issues, incorporating your individual and activity-specific goals into your treatment/training plan.
