Pregnancy & Postpartum

“Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy (PFPT) during pregnancy and for postpartum rehabilitation, after any type of birth, should be the norm!”

During pregnancy and postpartum, our bodies undergo the most changes in the quickest amount of time compared to any other time in our lives. I highly recommend preventative and preparatory care during pregnancy, even if you do not have pain/issues.

PFPT can help prevent/decrease pain and pelvic floor dysfunction, lower your risk of perineal tearing, prepare your body for any birth outcome, and give you the confidence you need to continue exercising and doing what you love.

Natasha has been absolutely incredible. I went to see her for pelvic floor support post partum after having a 10lb baby. She has helped me get back to lifting and jumping at the gym. She takes a whole body approach and found ways that other parts of my body were impacting my pelvic floor! I was amazed and her thoroughness and have referred friends and family to see her! Highly recommend!
