Natasha specializes in the unique needs of female bodies, from pelvic floor issues to orthopedic and sports injuries. Her mission is to guide and empower you to be in tune with your body and manage your symptoms to do what you love with confidence. Whether you are a weekend warrior, a competitive runner, or an avid Crossfitter/lifter, Natasha will help you stay active and safe, doing the things you love during all stages of life.

75 Min- $225 If you are a new client, have a new issue, or have not been in 6+ months, you should book an Initial Evaluation.
In this evaluation you will discuss your situation, goals, and barriers. Dr. Natasha will perform a thorough exam, establish your baseline, and help you come up with the best plan for you. -
50 min- $185 All clients who have had an initial evaluation should book this type of follow-up unless otherwise instructed. Includes Physical therapy, Perinatal, and Strength Coaching. Birth Prep & Postpartum Home Visits available in our packages below.

80 min- $275 New clients welcome! In this session, you will learn movements and techniques for pushing and reducing risk of perineal tearing as well as pain relieving techniques to prepare you for the big day. Birth partners are invited and encouraged!

90 min- $365 New clients welcome! This 90 min in-home appointment is for early postpartum, weeks 1-6. A $50 charge will be added for travel farther than 15 miles outside of SLC. Outside of 40 miles, you may be asked to do a virtual visit. You may request this visit to be virtual no matter where you are!
