Did you know we offer expert-designed workouts without needing frequent in-person sessions? These progressive programs are perfect with varying levels of support.

    • 1 x 50-minute session per month (in-person or virtual)

    • Programs adjusted monthly based on your progress and needs

    $225/month (auto-draft). Sessions do not roll over

    • 1 × 50-minute session every 8 weeks (in-person or virtual)

    • Programs are adjusted every 8-12 weeks

    • Track your sets, reps, and progress within the app

    • Optional periodic self-testing to help measure progress

    • I’ll answer general questions or offer ideas in the app chat, but your daily workout will not be changed.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. We can discuss all the ways to ensure safety and protection while you run for fun so that you can do so long term!

  • There are things we can do to prevent pain and injury so that you can continue running and staying active.

  • Nope! Joints & bones love load (ex. resistance training). Bones need impact (ex. running) to stay healthy and strong. Bone building slows down around 30 and it was once thought that you were not able to build bone after 30, however, we now know that you can absolutely maintain AND build bone with proper loading and impact as long as you live. It is never too late to start!
