  • “After doing traditional therapy for a year with no real progress, I was lucky to find Natasha. As a runner (both road and trail) dealing with chronic pain and injury, her personalized and holistic approach brought me results after just a few sessions. I truly appreciate her patience, thoughtfulness, whole-body approach, and expertise. The difference in Natasha's quality and personalized care versus traditional PT is night and day. I feel more comfortable and confident in my body and have been able to do more weekly runs! Highly recommend Dr. Natasha Fett no matter where you are in your health journey. I look forward to continue working with her!” -Janet

  • “Natasha is amazing! I first started working with her for pelvic floor PT. Then went into strength training. I recommend her to all my birthing friends! I have rediscovered strength and functionality I haven’t had in years. Shes fun to work with and helps me feel like me again! Can’t recommend Natasha enough.”

Questions? Answers

  • Yes. We can discuss all the ways to ensure safety and protection while you run for fun so that you can do so long term!

  • There are things we can do to prevent pain and injury so that you can continue running and staying active.

  • Nope! Joints & bones love load (ex. resistance training). Bones need impact (ex. running) to stay healthy and strong. Bone building slows down around 30 and it was once thought that you were not able to build bone after 30, however, we now know that you can absolutely maintain AND build bone with proper loading and impact as long as you live. It is never too late to start!
